1. I am the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) for the Summer Village of South Baptiste and, as such, have personal knowledge of the matters herein certified.
2. In accordance with the Municipal Government Act and relevant regulations, the property tax notices for the Summer Village of South Baptiste were prepared
and sent out to all assessed property owners on May 8, 2025.
3. The tax notices were sent via mail, and all reasonable steps were taken to ensure delivery to therecipients.
4. This certification is made for the purpose of confirming the date of issuance of tax notices and forany other lawful purpose as required.

A penalty of 18% will be added to the current unpaid taxes after September 1st and December 31st of each year. On any taxes remaining unpaid after the thirty-first day of December of the taxation year, there shall be added by way of penalty an amount of 18% on the first day of January of the next succeeding year so long as the taxes remain unpaid.
